Dropped It

Published by bardgirl at 4:58 pm under oddness Edit This

So I admit that I sometimes drop things which includes food and sometimes the spilling of a drink but we’ve all done something like that at one time or other. Come on admit it even if you admit it only to yourself. I would think it’s impossible to go through life without some spilling or dropping. So yes I dropped something which tends to lead to that should I or shouldn’t I follow the five or ten second rule. That’s very tricky when something falls face down like pizza. I’m sure many have dropped a cookie or something and have picked it up especially if no one is around to see it. Come on admit it at least to yourself.

So I was having graham crackers with chocolate frosting spread on them minus the marshmellows but still yummy. I spread it on and of course it broke which often happens. Maybe I have a lead hand but that’s not the odd part. I dropped a piece which isn’t so unusual since I’m no stranger to dropping things but this time it was different. It didn’t fall on the floor face down which has happened before. It’s not like I can dip the cracker into the frosting container like you can with a Hershey’s bar and the peanut butter.

Now I have a ottoman with metal legs or whatever the hell you call them which is where the cracker landed when it fell and it just stuck there. Yes I had a dangling cracker that was sticking by the frosting. I’m guessing not many people can brag about having that happen.
